Hello people! It’s been a good two months since my last post. I’ve been so busy sorting out my life here that I haven’t had the time to write on this blog. Well also I’ve been lazy :) This was the night we celebrated Gajen’s Birthday!! (and thats my kitchen!)
All is well but so very different. It’s starting to get a lot colder nowadays. Apparently it’s going to it 2 Degrees next week(time to stock up on the warm stuff). I’ve been to Manchester and Nottingham so far… and my experiences have been priceless. Hopefully I will be posting up more photos on the blog, including some from Janet’s birthday as well.
Cardiff, Land of Dreams
Hey guys, I just got my internet access and so I couldn’t come online any sooner.
My flight was 12 hours and 15 minutes and it seemed like forever. My knees were so sore from sitting down that it found joy in carrying all my heavy luggage at London.
I reached London at 5.50am London time but only got onto the Cardiff bus at 9.00 am. The bus ride was boring. Despite the fact that i was not alone, and that I was sitting on the top shelf of a double decker, the scenery was bland and repetitive.
I remember it was so bad that we were counting cars or looking for crazy signboards. I do love Cardiff University. It is very well equipped and the people here are very friendly.
I also met a lady on the plane named Judy who is from Andora, a small place between France and Spain, who is an English but was born in Ipoh, go figure. I’ve taken so many pictures but right now my camera is with my Audrey. PromiseI’ll elaborate more on my experience here with some illustrative photos tomorrow.
